Overview

Parkside Homes is excited to unveil the new standard in Nashville for "high performance" home construction. As Tennessee's first production builder of LEED certified homes, these new Cottage Homes offer historically relevant front porch architecture combined with "state of the art" residential technologies.

All homes built in Cambridge Park will be third party inspected. This will result in a written certification that will allow each home owner the confidence that their home is constructed to meet the upcoming demands of "smart" housing. These energy efficient homes not only will save on future energy bills; but, will conserve water and reduce the carbon footprint of each owner.
